Eligibility & Instructions:

• Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

• Tender Documents and specifications can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS/PPRA website after publication.

• In case of a public holiday, the bid opening will be conducted on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Bidding Procedure:

• Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted.

• Bidders must submit:

  • A soft copy of the bid security (2% of the estimated price) with their technical e-bid via EPADS.

  • The original bid security in the form of CDR/Banker’s Cheque in favor of Director, VRI, Lahore to be submitted at the Store Section of VRI at the time of technical bid opening.

  • Bids without valid bid security will be rejected as non-responsive.

Important Notes:

• E-Bids submitted after 11:00 AM on 24th April 2025 will not be accepted.

• E-Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.

• Upon acceptance of bid, a Performance Guarantee @ 5% of the total bid amount will be required in compliance with PPRA Rule #56 before the issuance of the supply order.

• All procurement procedures shall be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date).
