Project Director for the Reconstruction of Bridge No. 4 on the SDR–SLL Section, Pakistan Railways HQ Office Lahore, invites bids for the supply of the following items. Bids are invited from eligible firms that are:

Cleared by Sales and Income Tax departments, and
-
Active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
The bidding will follow a Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure as per the revised PPRA Rules.

Submission & Opening Procedure

How to Apply: Bidders must submit their bids via E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) only.

Deadline for Submission: Upload bids by 12:00 PM on 5th May 2025.

Opening of Bids: Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Project Director / Deputy Chief Engineer (Bridges), Pakistan Railways HQ Office, Lahore. Representatives of participating firms are welcome to witness the opening.
Bid Security Requirement

A scanned copy of the bid security (in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of FA & CAO, Pakistan Railways HQ Office, Lahore) must be uploaded with the online bid.

The original bid security along with the required supporting documents must be submitted to the office of the Project Director before the bid opening.
