The procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement system (EPADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Submission Guidelines

1. Tender Submission Deadline: All tenders must be submitted online via EPADS by 03 May 2025 at 11:00 AM.
   Submissions by hand, post, or courier will not be accepted.

2. Tender Opening: Tenders will be opened online on the same day at 12:00 PM, in the presence of authorized representatives who may attend virtually or in person.

3. Call Deposit Requirement: A 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the estimated cost for each category must be submitted in favor of Secretary, BISE Bahawalpur.

   • It must be issued by a Scheduled Bank.

   • No drafts or personal cheques will be accepted.

   • Previously used or pre-existing CDRs will not be considered valid.

4. Right to Reject: The Chairman, BISE Bahawalpur reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under Clause 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

5. Procedure: The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope method as per Clause 38(a)2 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
