Key Terms and Conditions:

1. Bidding Procedure:

   • The bidding will be conducted through E-Procurement (Single Stage One Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014, and is open to all eligible bidders.

2. Bidding Documents:

   • Interested bidders can download the Bidding Documents, containing all Terms & Conditions, requirements, and specifications, free of cost from the following websites:

     • PPRA

     • EPADS

3. Submission of Bids:

   • All bids, on a package/lot-wise basis, must be uploaded through e-procurement on E-PADS before the closing date and time.

4. Bid Security:

   • All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price, in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, in favor of the Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib.

   • The original Bid Security must be submitted at the time of the opening of E-bids.

5. Bid Validity:

   • The validity period of the bid is 90 days from the date of bid opening.

6. Additional Information:

   • Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation, submission of samples, or delivery of the original Bid Security.

   • In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
