• Supply, Installation, Training, and Support for NFC-based attendance and visitor management solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Bids are invited from:

• Firms registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or Registrar of Firms

• Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, or Suppliers

• Minimum 5 years of post-registration experience

• Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments

Bidding Procedure

• PPRA Rules 2004 will be followed (including all applicable amendments)

• Two Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure

• Bid must include 2% of the total cost as Bid Security in favor of FA&CAO/PR

• Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS.

• Physical submission of Bid Security and copy of original bid must be delivered to the Directorate of IT, Railway Headquarters, Lahore before the deadline
