Bidding Instructions

• Bids must be submitted on the prescribed Tender Form, available free of cost at the inspection locations.

• Submit sealed bids on or before April 30, 2025, along with 5% earnest money (Pay Order/Cashier’s Cheque) in favor of Bank AL Habib Limited.

• Clearly label the envelope with “Bid for Gensets” and address it to:
  Group Head IT & Administration Division
  Center Point Building, Off Shaheed-e-Millat Expressway,
  Near KPT Interchange Flyover, Qayyumabad, Karachi

Terms & Conditions

• Earnest money (5%) will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders.

• Successful bidder(s) must pay the remaining 95% + advance tax within seven (07) days of bid acceptance.

• Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the deal.

• Tenders will be opened on May 05, 2025, and results announced after two days.

• If bids are below assessed value, the Bank reserves the right to negotiate or request fresh bids.

• The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
