Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Okara is inviting sealed quotations/bids from well-reputed, security-cleared, non-blacklisted firms/companies/distributors that are registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan. These firms must also hold valid licenses for the provision of PVMS/NIV/NIF medicines, lab kits, X-Ray/CT scan/mammography items, intraocular lenses, vaccines, sera, dental items, and disposables, including GST (where applicable) for FY 2025-26 (01 July 2025 to 30 June 2026).

The tender submission package must consist of two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as:

• "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL"
• "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL"

• Tender for: Bulk Purchase of Medical Store Items for CMH Okara (FY 2025-26)
• Last Date for Submission: 26 April 2025 by 1000 hours
• Tender Opening Date: 26 April 2025 at 1100 hours
• Venue: CMH Okara, in the presence of authorized representatives of firms/companies/distributors.

Important Information:

• Tender documents, along with the terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of the Medical Store Incharge at CMH Okara after depositing a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in favor of Commandant CMH Okara.
• Last Date to Collect Tender Documents: Before 26 April 2025.

• CMH Okara reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any stage prior to acceptance.
• The procuring agency will, upon request, communicate the grounds for rejection of bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds, as per PPRA Rules 33(1).
