Pakistan Airports Authority invites electronic bids from PEC-registered contractors (Category C-6 or above), possessing valid Professional Tax and NTN Certificates, and listed as active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bids lacking the required documentation will not be considered.

Important Instructions

1. Complete bid documents, including scope of work, terms & conditions, and procurement procedures, are available on the PPRA e-Procurement System (e-PADS).

2. Bids must be submitted electronically through the PPRA e-Procurement Portal before the closing date and time.

3. The original Bid Security (Rs. 120,000/-) in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft (issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority – Multan International Airport) must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of Civil Engineer (M&D – Civil), MIAP Multan before the bid deadline.

4. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must also be uploaded on the e-PADS portal along with the bid.

5. Responsive bids will be opened electronically via e-PADS in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and interested bidders at the designated time and venue.

Other Conditions

• PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for valid reasons, which will be communicated upon request.

• The decision of PAA will be final and non-challengeable.

• Conditional bids will not be accepted and are liable to be rejected.
