1. Project: Resident Engineers (08M), Power Alli Khar Hydel Power Station

The Pakistan Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through its Resident Engineers (08M) for the Power Alli Khar Hydel Power Station, invites sealed bids from eligible firms, licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and registered for the year 2024-25. Bidders must have relevant experience in completing at least 2 works of similar nature and value in the last 3 years. The firms should also be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Authorities and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

2. Bidder Qualifications:
   The bidder must submit the following:

   • Financial Statement for the last one year.
   • Details of Works currently in hand.

3. Bidding Documents:
   A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by eligible bidders upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/-. The documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer (Civ) at the Office of Chief Engineer (O&M) Power, 3HHP, WAPDA, Besham on or before 17 April 2025 during office hours.

   Note: Representatives of the firms must submit a Power of Attorney on stamp paper, duly attested by a Oath Commissioner or Magistrate.

4. Bid Security:
   Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 300,000 in the shape of a Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of the Resident Engineer (O&M) Power Alli Khar HPS, made payable to Imprest AC of RE AKHPS, with the following bank details:

   The bid security must be delivered to the Executive Engineer (Civ) at Chief Engineer (O&M) Power, 3HHP, WAPDA, Besham on or before 11:00 AM on 18 April 2025. Each offer must be considered as a separate bid and must accompany a separate bid security. Multiple offers under a single bid security are not acceptable.

5. Bid Opening:
   Bids will be opened on 18 April 2025 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The opening will take place at the Committee Room of the Chief Engineer (O&M) Power, 3HHP, WAPDA, Besham.
