Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), DHA City Karachi, invites sealed bids for the Construction of a Golf Maintenance Facility and Main Gate at the Fairwinds Signature Golf & Country Club, located within DHA City Karachi.
Bidding Procedure:
Bids are invited under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure from well-reputed contractors and firms who meet the following criteria:

Possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the year 2024–2025 in Category CA, CB, C1, or C2, along with relevant specialization codes:
CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, EE-02, EE-03, EE-04, EE-05, EE-06, EE-08, EE-09, BC-01, ME-01, ME-02, ME-03, ME-04, ME-06 -
Registered as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Bidding Documents: Available from 18 April 2025 during working hours at the office of the Additional Director (Design & Construction), DHA City Karachi (KM 50, Motorway M-9), on submission of a written request and a non-refundable fee of Rs. 15,000 per set, payable by Pay Order in favor of DHA City Karachi. Valid PEC registration must be presented.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Scheduled for 28 April 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Main Conference Room, DHAC, Karachi.

Bid Submission Deadline: 06 May 2025 at 11:00 AM

Bid Opening: On the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. An authority letter is required for representation.
If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, submission and opening will take place on the next working day.

Joint ventures are allowed for this project.

Bids must be complete in all respects. Incomplete or deficient submissions will be rejected without further clarification.

Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened at a later date (to be communicated separately).
