Terms & Conditions

• Mandatory Requirements:

  • Valid PEC registration for FY 2024–25 in relevant category.

  • Proof of renewal fee paid to GBPWD.

  • No Sick/Litigation & No Blacklisting Certificate issued by Water & Power Secretariat.

  • Affidavit of No Delayed Project, attested by a 1st Class Magistrate.

  • 2% earnest money to be submitted with bidding documents.

• Conditional, late, or incomplete bids will not be accepted.

• Tender documents can be collected from the office of the Executive Engineer, Civil Engineering Division, Gilgit-Ghizer, during office hours on payment of the prescribed fee (non-refundable), along with submission of required original documents.

• Tender documents will not be sold on the date of opening.

• In case of public or unexpected holiday, tenders will open on the next working day without further notice.

• Blacklisted or debarred contractors are not eligible to participate.

• Power of attorney will not be entertained.

• GB-PPRA rules will govern the entire procurement process.
