2. Pre-Bid Meeting:

   • Date: April 24, 2025

   • Time: 10:00 AM

   • This meeting is for any clarifications regarding drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).

3. CDR & Samples Submission:

   • At the time of bid submission, all constructors/suppliers must submit the CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) and samples.

   • Tender documents without samples and CDR will not be accepted.

• Pak Mission Society reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, or to cancel the entire tender process, without assigning any reasons.

• The decision of Pak Mission Society will be final, and no lobbying is permitted.

• The selected contractor will undergo rigorous checks regarding their past behavior, specifically related to sexual exploitation and abuse. Pak Mission Society has a zero-tolerance policy for such actions.
