Important Instructions for Bidders

• Bidding documents are available on PPRA EPADS portal.

• Bids must be submitted both electronically and physically before the deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

• The original bid security (in sealed envelope with technical proposal) and its copy uploaded on EPADS are mandatory for bid acceptance.

• All interested bidders must immediately inform PAA via an Intimation Letter, attaching proof of 100% ATL compliance for Sales Tax, GST, and NTN Certificates to the address below or via email: sajid.noor@paa.gov.pk.

• Contract duration will be until satisfactory completion and warranty period.

• Fake or dishonored financial instruments will lead to blacklisting and legal proceedings.

• PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids with cogent reasons to be provided upon request.
