We are pleased to inform the shareholders of Oilboy Energy Limited that the unpaid rights have been credited into their respective CDS accounts in the ratio of approximately 100 shares for every 100 shares held as at the close of business on March 17, 2025. The key dates for the Rights Issue are as follows:

• Date of Subscription for Right Offer: 2nd April 2025

• Date of Credit of Right Shares into CDS: 9th May 2025

Payment Procedures:

Payment for the Right Offer should be made as indicated in the Right Subscription Request or Letter of Rights by cash, crossed cheque, demand draft, or pay order made out to the credit of Oilboy Energy Limited - Right Shares Subscription Account. The payment can be made at all branches of the designated banker in Pakistan on or before April 25, 2025, along with the duly filled and signed Right Subscription Request or Letter of Rights.

A. For Non-Resident Pakistanis/Foreign Shareholders:

• Demand drafts in equivalent Pakistani Rupees should be sent to the Company Secretary, Oilboy Energy Limited at the registered office, along with the duly filled Right Subscription Request (both copies) and a certified copy of NICOP/Passport, well before the last date of payment.

B. Payment via Cheques and Drafts:

• All cheques and drafts must be drawn on a bank in the same city where the Right Subscription Request is deposited. Cheques are subject to realization.

C. Late Submission via Post:

• The bank will not accept Right Subscription Requests delivered by post that arrive after the closure of business on April 25, 2025, unless there is evidence that they were posted before the payment deadline.

D. Online Payment for IAS Account Holders/Sub-Account Holders:

• CDC has introduced an online payment option through 1Link for rights subscription. Investor Account Holders/Sub Account Holders can now make payments for their subscribed rights via the 1Bill Payment ID (printed on the top right-hand side of the Right Subscription Request) through available online banking channels, including internet banking, ATMs, and mobile banking.

Exercising the Right Offer into CDS:

For subscription to the right offer, CDS account holders need to request in writing to their CDC participant or IAS Department to initiate the Right Subscription Request into CDS. The CDC participant/IAS Department will then provide two copies of the Right Subscription Request, which the shareholder can use to make payment at the authorized banker as mentioned above.

Right Subscription Requests can be initiated for full or partial Rights Offer.

Intimation Letters regarding the credit of Unpaid Rights into CDS and Letters of Rights for members holding shares in physical form were dispatched to the respective shareholders on March 26, 2025, at their registered addresses.

Important Note for Shareholders with Physical Shares:

Shareholders holding physical shares should be aware that under CDC’s applicable procedures for Right Shares, they can renounce their Letter of Rights (LOR) by depositing it into their CDS Investor Account or Sub-Account, transferring it to someone who is a CDC Investor or Sub-Account holder. Additionally, the renouncee(s) can get the Right shares credited into their own CDS Investor or Sub-Account by following the procedures outlined in the Letter of Rights.

Physical shareholders should carefully read the specific instructions provided in the Letter of Rights regarding splitting, renunciation, and deposit into CDS.
