Submission & Evaluation Criteria

1. Submission Mode: All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS

2. Bid Security: Original in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order in favor of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Sukkur, must be submitted physically to the office of DAEE Sukkur before the opening.

3. Technical Bids: Must be uploaded on EPADS, and one hard copy should be submitted physically.

4. Bid Opening: Only uploaded EPADS technical bids will be considered for evaluation.

5. Download Documents:

   • EPADS

6. Note: Bids without original bid security or submitted after deadline will not be entertained.

7. Right Reserved: Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
