The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) invites sealed bids from prequalified firms for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a 700 kW solar power system with net metering at Madina Town Hospital, Faisalabad. The procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date).

- Complete, signed, and stamped bids - Must be submitted online only via e-PADS - Late, incomplete, unsigned/stamped, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. |
| Blacklisting Clause | Bids from blacklisted firms (by PESSI or PPRA) or containing false/misleading information will be rejected and subject to punitive action. |
| Right to Reject | PESSI reserves the right to reject all bids at any time before acceptance, under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. |
