Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division, Sargodha invites tenders for the following schemes through E-Tendering under notification No. SOH-1 (C&W) 1-49/2023/3652 dated 26.05.2024.

All contractors who are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or above are eligible to participate in the open E-Tendering System. The procurement procedure strictly adheres to the PPRA Rules 2014 (with up-to-date amendments). Contractors can participate by fulfilling the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility and Registration:

1. Contractors must register their firm on the website by submitting the requisite information.

2. After registration on the E-Tendering website, contractors in eligible categories may participate in the E-Tendering system.

3. Contractors are required to upload scanned copies of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for 5% of the estimated cost from any scheduled bank.

4. Original CDR must be submitted to the office of the undersigned on the tender opening date before closing time.

5. Contractors must quote item rates based on the approved D.N.I.T. available on the website. Bids must be submitted by 23.04.2025 at 01:00 PM.

6. The rates quoted online will be downloaded and announced on the same day, 23.04.2025 at 01:30 PM, in the office of the Commissioner, Sargodha Division, Sargodha.

Important Points:

1. CDR Submission: Contractors must submit their original CDR with their letterheads at the office of the undersigned (Head Clerk). Failure to submit will result in disqualification.

2. False Information: If a contractor submits false information or a fake CDR, they will be disqualified as per PPRA Rules and will be barred from participating in future tenders of C&W, Government of Punjab. The case will also be forwarded to PEC and PPRA for further legal action.

3. Performance Bank Guarantee: Contractors must submit a Performance Bank Guarantee for 10% of the bid amount as per the contract agreement and rules of the Finance Department and PPRA Rules within 15 days after the issuance of the letter of intent. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the tender, and the earnest money will be forfeited in favor of the Government.

4. Rejection of Bids: The procuring agency may, upon request, communicate the reasons for rejecting all bids or proposals but is not obligated to justify those reasons.

• Due to system up-gradation, the recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually, and accordingly, bids will be evaluated.
