Tender documents must be downloaded and uploaded via E-PADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Original CDR (Earnest Money) must be submitted half an hour before the opening time at the office of the Assistant Engineer.

Bids must be free of any cuts/amendments and must not be conditional or telephonic.

Tender-related queries or scope of work details can be obtained from the Assistant Engineer’s office during working hours.

Bidders are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes as per Punjab Government rules at the time of payment release.

In case of fake documentation (CDR, etc.), the firm will be blacklisted and recommended for action to PPRA & PEC.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule-35 at any stage before acceptance.
