The National Programme for Family Planning & Primary Health Care, Gilgit-Baltistan, under its PSDP-funded project titled “Programme for Family Planning and Primary Health Care Gilgit-Baltistan”, invites proposals from experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented consultancy firms, joint ventures, or consortiums for the provision of Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) services.
The selection method will be Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS). The selected firm will be responsible for delivering the following services:

Submission & Opening:

RFP documents can be collected from the office of the undersigned during working hours.

Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals by or before 5th May 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

The opening date for financial proposals of shortlisted firms will be communicated later.

In case of a local holiday on the scheduled opening/closing date, the process will be carried out on the next working day.
