Tender Process

• Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA’s E-PADS Portal. Physical submissions alone will not be accepted.

• Additionally, sealed hardcopies of bids should also be submitted as per tender instructions, properly marked and in line with the format provided.

• All bidders are required to be registered on the PPRA E-PADS portal in order to access and submit the bidding documents electronically.

Bid Security

• An original bid security instrument (bank guarantee or pay order) must be attached with the hardcopy of the proposal and referenced clearly.

• The bid security must also be uploaded via E-PADS before the submission deadline.
