The Drugs Testing Laboratory (DTL) Punjab, Lahore, invites electronic bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope (38-2a) national competitive bidding procedure from active taxpayer bidders registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the Framework Contract for the Procurement of Goods (DDP basis).

Key Instructions:

1. Electronic Submission:
   Bidders must submit their e-bids online via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) before the submission deadline. The e-bids will be opened as per the scheduled date and time.

2. Bid Validity:
   The bid validity will be 180 days from the bid opening date.

3. Bid Security:
   A 2% bid security of the estimated amount (in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft) must be submitted physically at the address below before the deadline for e-bid submission. The bid security should be separate for each package/lot.

4. Important Reminder:
   Bidders are advised to upload their e-bid well before the deadline. DTL will not be responsible for any issues related to the submission process.

5. Governing Rules:
   This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules – 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
