Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites tenders for several infrastructure projects related to transmission lines and grid stations under the following works:

Eligibility Criteria:

PEC Registration
Contractors must have valid PEC registration for the year 2024-25, under the relevant codes (CE-10 & EE-05 as per the work type).
Financial Criteria
- For Sr. 45: Average annual turnover must be at least 150 million PKR for the last 2 years (certified by auditor).
- For Sr. 47: Average annual turnover must be at least 200 million PKR for the last 2 years (certified by auditor).
Bank Statement
Contractors must provide a current bank statement showing 15% of the balance amount for all works.
Experience
The contractor must submit at least two work orders from the last 5 years, with cumulative costs equal to or greater than the BOQ amount.

Tender Fee:
The non-refundable fee for the tender document is mentioned in the table for each work type.

Bid Submission:

Bid Security:
- 2% of BOQ cost in the form of a Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee must be submitted with the technical bid.
- Performance Security: A 10% performance security of the contract price is required upon signing the contract agreement.
Submission Deadline:
24th April 2025, by 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained.
Tender Opening:
24th April 2025, at 11:30 AM as per PPRA rules.

Other Conditions:

PRA Registration: Contractors must submit their PRA registration certificates for PST with the technical bid.
Representative Authorization: Contractors must provide an authority letter on Rs. 100 Judicial Paper for their representatives to collect tender documents or participate in the tender process.
Document Completeness: No cutting/overwriting is allowed in the tender documents.
Rates Submission: Rates should be filled in both figures and words.
