Lahore High Court, Lahore invites sealed electronic bids (e-bids) from reputable, financially sound firms for the procurement of a Heavy Duty Printer under the applicable provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax (PRA), and Professional Tax departments. In addition to registration, bidders should have relevant prior experience in supplying similar IT equipment.

Submission Platform: All bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS).

Opening Venue: Office of the District & Sessions Judge (HR-DJ) / Senior Member, Purchase Committee, Lahore High Court, Lahore.

Note: If the submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
Submission Procedure

The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as defined in Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

All rates must be inclusive of GST/PST and remain valid for 180 days from the date of tender opening.
Bid Security & Performance Guarantee

Bidders must submit a 5% bid security (lot-wise) in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order from any scheduled bank. This must be deposited one hour prior to the bid deadline (i.e., by 10:00 AM on April 30, 2025) in original at the Procurement Branch, Lahore High Court.

The successful bidder will be required to provide a 10% Performance Guarantee of the total contract value, which will be returned upon successful fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
