Terms & Conditions:

• Bidding Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope as per PPRA Rules 2014.

• Submission Mode: Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 11:00 AM on 05-05-2025.

• Technical Bid Opening: Will be conducted at 11:30 AM on 05-05-2025 at the office of the Principal, VTI Harappa, in the presence of authorized representatives.

• Bid Security: Earnest Money of PKR 34,560/- (3% of estimated amount) must be submitted in the form of CDR / Bank Draft / Pay Order, in favor of “Principal Vocational Training Institute Harappa”, before the bid submission deadline.

• Mandatory Compliance:

  • Firms must be NTN and GST registered.

  • Bidders must comply with the current minimum wage rates for security guards, as notified by the Government of Punjab.

• Disqualification: Bids without Earnest Money will be rejected as non-responsive.

    Note: No grievance regarding the technical evaluation will be entertained after the declaration and lapse of stipulated time (as per PPRA Circular S&GAD 1211).
