German Polytechnic Institute for Agriculture Technology, Chak 5-Faiz, Multan, requires sealed bids for the provision of Security Services (both day and night shifts) for the financial year 2024-25.

Important Instructions:

1. Earnest Money / Bid Security:

   • Contractors/bidders must upload the earnest money/bid security in the form of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) or Pay Order, amounting to 7% of the estimated cost, in favor of German Polytechnic Institute for Agriculture Technology, Chak 5-Faiz, Multan on the EPADS portal.

2. Submission of Original CDR:

   • The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee on the same day, half an hour before the opening of bids. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

3. Applicable Taxes:

   • The bidder must ensure that all applicable taxes are included in the submitted bid.

4. Security Guards:

   • The security guards provided by the contractor/bidder must be well-trained and comply with the ECBL (Employment of Contractors for Security Guards) Rules.

5. Rejection of Bids:

   • The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid or proposal at any time before the acceptance, as per the PPRA Rules.

6. Tender Type:

   • This will be a Single Stage, One Envelope tender process.

7. Tender Documents Availability:

   • The tender documents are available on EPADS and the PPRA websites.
