Invitation to E-Bid

RFP No. R&D-29/2025-Arch(P&D)

The Department of Archaeology and Museums (DoAM), Islamabad, is seeking proposals from experienced and well-reputed social media firms for a long-term collaboration. Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and hold valid GST and NTN certifications.

1. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, detailing the scope, requirements, and submission procedure, are available on the official websites of EPADS, PPRA, and DoAM.

2. Submission Deadline: All electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 11:00 AM on May 8, 2025.

   • Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM.

3. Financial bids will only be opened for those firms that meet the technical requirements and achieve the defined qualification threshold.

4. Bid Security: An original bid security of 2% of the total bid amount must be submitted in the form of a call deposit or pay order made out to the Director General, Department of Archaeology & Museums, Islamabad.

   • This must be physically delivered to the office of the Project Director, R&D Centre, at the above address before the online bid submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

5. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage in accordance with PPRA Rules.

6. Only electronic submissions through EPADS will be accepted. Manual or physical bids will not be entertained.
