Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must:

• Be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments

• Be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

• Be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS/PPRA) portal in order to download tender documents and submit electronic bids

Bidding Procedure

• Bidding documents, including all terms and conditions, are available electronically via:

  • PPRA e-PADS portal

  • PIA’s official website

• Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS; manual submission without electronic entry will not be accepted.

• The original Pay Order for the Tender Fee and Bid Security must be submitted along with the hard copy of the Technical Proposal addressed to:

  GM Procurement, Supply Chain Management Department, PIA Head Office, Karachi
