Important Information for Bidders

1. Collection of Tender Documents
   Interested vendors may collect the tender documents from April 14, 2025 to April 29, 2025 during office hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM), by submitting a request on their official company letterhead.

2. Pre-Bid Meeting
   A pre-bid meeting for clarifications, including drawings and BOQs, will be held as follows:
   Date: April 29, 2025
   Time: 10:00 AM
   Venue: PMS Head Office, G-14/4, Islamabad

3. Tender Submission & Opening
   Vendors must submit their sealed bids, along with mandatory CDR and product samples, at the address mentioned above.

   • Deadline for Submission: April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM

   • Opening of Bids: April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM (same venue)

   Note: Bids without CDR and samples will not be accepted.

• Right to Accept/Reject: Pak Mission Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, or cancel the entire tendering process without assigning any reason. All decisions made by PMS are final and cannot be contested.
