Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites bids on FOR basis from well-reputed firms and contractors who are registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax and are on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for the purchase of the following items through E-Tendering on e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System (e-PADS).

1. Procurement Method: The procurement shall be made in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014, amended up to date, under the single stage two envelope procedure.

2. Bidding Documents: Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website.

3. Bid Submission: Bidders are required to submit bids electronically on e-PADS by the specified date and time for each tender separately, which will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via e-PADS.

4. Bid Security: Bidders/contractors must submit hard copies of the financial instruments (in addition to the soft copy submitted with the bid) as bid security before the specified date and time at the purchase cell of the Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad.

5. Responsibility of Bidders: The Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders regarding the preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids.

6. Evaluation and Procedure: All assessments, receiving, opening, and awarding procedures shall be governed by the PPRA Rules 2014 and e-PADS guidelines.

7. Right to Reject Bids: The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
