Municipal Committee Burewala (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) invites E-Bids (by uploading PDF files) from eligible Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, or Authorized Dealers, who are:

Registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS),
Registered with FBR, PRA (having valid NTN & PNTN), and
Compliant with Punjab PPRA regulations for E-Procurement.

All bids must be submitted online through the e-PADS portal for the following project:

Bid Submission Requirements:

Bid Security:
A valid bid security in the name of Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Burewala, must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order as per the amount stated above.
Original Bid Security Submission:
The original instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Title, before the e-bid submission deadline at:
Municipal Committee Office, Burewala.
Bid Submission Portal:
E-Bids must be uploaded in PDF format via the EPADS portal

General Instructions:

Bids or proposals found to be corrupt, unreadable, or virus-infected will be rejected.
The project will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure:
- Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted separately (as encrypted files).
- Only technically responsive bidders will be qualified for financial bid opening.
The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids/proposals prior to acceptance as per Rule 35 of Punjab PP Rules, 2014.
Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
Tendered rates and amounts must be quoted in figures and words.
In case the last date for bid submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day shall be considered.
Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well in advance of the deadline.
Late uploads or system errors are solely the bidder’s responsibility.
