The Medical Superintendent of RHQ Hospital Skardu invites sealed tenders from well-reputed firms or their authorized distributors for the procurement of biomedical equipment under the development schemes of the Health Sector Gilgit Baltistan for the fiscal year 2024-25.

Important Information:

• Bidding Documents: Interested bidders can obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the office of Medical Superintendent, RHQ Hospital Skardu upon written request during any working day before closing hours.

• Tender Submission: All bids must be submitted as per the schedule mentioned above. The bidding procedure will follow the single-stage, two-envelope system as per PPRA Rule 39(b).

• Rates: The rates should be inclusive of all relevant taxes, and no claims will be accepted on these accounts.

• Conditional Bids: Bids with conditions contrary to the bidding documents will not be accepted.

• Dispute Resolution: In case of any dispute, the decision of the Purchase Committee will be final and non-challengeable in a court of law.

• Grievance Submission: If a bidder is aggrieved by any decision of the purchasing agency, they may submit their grievance to the grievance committee as per PPRA Rule 48.

Right to Reject Tenders:

The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, with reasons being provided accordingly.
