2. E-Tender Process: The tender process will follow the PPRA rules, 2014.

3. Bid Security: The successful bidder must provide a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost, in the form of a CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) or a bank guarantee made out to the "Director Medical DSS Lahore South & Sahiwal". The original CDR/Bank Guarantee should be submitted to the undersigned.

4. Tender Cancellation: The procurement process may be cancelled at any time as per PPRA rules. In case of public holidays or emergency holidays declared by the government, the tender will be opened on the next available working day.
