Pilot Shrimp Farming Cluster Development Project

The Fisheries Development Board (FDB), Islamabad, invites bids under the "Pilot Shrimp Farming Cluster Development Project" from firms registered with the Taxation Department (Active Taxpayers) for the following services:

Description of Work:

• Service: Installation of Tube Well and Allied Pipe Networking for Shrimp Model Farm, FDB, at Pind Dadan Khan, District Jehlum.

• Earnest Money: Rs. 350,000/- (The earnest money should be in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft made in favor of the Fisheries Development Board).

• Completion Period: One Calendar Month

Important Dates:

• Last Date for Submission: April 22, 2025, at 11:30 AM

• Tender Opening: April 22, 2025, at 12:00 PM

Bid Submission and Evaluation:

1. Bidding Process: The bidding will be conducted using the "Single Stage Single Envelope" procedure.

2. Registration & Submission: Interested bidders must first register themselves on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bids must then be submitted through the EPADS platform.

3. Bid Security: The bid security should be submitted as a Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of the Fisheries Development Board. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, and the original hard copy must be submitted physically along with the sealed bidding documents at the Fisheries & Livestock Complex, Gate No. 2, Park Road, National Agriculture Research Centre, Islamabad, on the closing date.

4. FDB’s Rights: The Fisheries Development Board reserves the right to accept any bid or reject all bids, in accordance with PPRA rules.
