Lahore Museum, Government of Punjab, has received funding under the "Unforeseen Expenditure" and "IT Equipment" headings for the project titled "Establishment of Technical Facilities, Conservation Lab and Visitor Services, and Capacity Building of Lahore Museum" from the Government of Punjab. Lahore Museum intends to procure the following items:

Bidding Process:

1. Bidding Method:
   The bidding will be conducted exclusively through the EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Document Management System) of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). The procurement process will follow the Open Competitive Bidding method and Single Stage-Two Envelopes (SSTE) procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This invitation is open to all eligible bidders as defined in Section-IV: Bid Data Sheet of the Bidding Document.

2. Eligibility Criteria:
   The Director, Lahore Museum, Government of Punjab, invites bids from firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers who are engaged in trading, registered with the relevant Registration Authorities, and have a valid Tax Registration (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax).

3. Submission Deadline:
   The bid must include both the Technical and Financial proposals, which must be completed, signed, stamped, and in full compliance with the Bidding Document. Bids should be submitted via EPADS by 14th April 2025 no later than 11:00 AM.

   • The Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day, 14th April 2025, at 11:30 AM, on EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

   • In case of an official holiday on the bid submission day, the next working day will be treated as the closing and opening date for the bids.

4. Bid Security:
   The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price mentioned above, in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Director, Lahore Museum as per Rule 27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.

   • The original Bid Security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the Director, Lahore Museum by the specified date and time.

5. Required Documents:

   • Income/Sales Tax registration certificates and other documents as specified in the Bidding Document must accompany the bids.

   • Applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
