Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) invites bids from Manufacturers, Firms, Companies, and General Order Suppliers for the supply of Janitorial Items under a Framework Contract for a period of One Year. The bidding process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

1. Bidding Procedure:

   • The procurement will follow the Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

2. Pre-Bid Meeting:

   • A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on April 11, 2025 at the address provided below.

3. Bid Submission:

   • Bid Documents, duly completed, signed, and stamped, must be submitted online on the EPADS website.

   • Bid submission deadline: April 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

   • Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

4. Bid Security:

   • Original Bid Security must be submitted in the office of BWMC on or before April 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
