To keep its operations running smoothly and efficiently, Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids/tenders from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors who:

• Are registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments

• Are listed as Active Taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

• Have a registered business office in Pakistan

Bids are invited for the supply of various items listed below, in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004, under Single Stage – One Envelope and Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedures.

Important Instructions:

• All bids must be submitted through EPADS.
  No physical or email submissions will be accepted.

• Bid Security (as per tender requirements) must be submitted physically in the tender box at the Office of Chief Controller of Purchase before the tender closing time.

• Scanned copies of complete bids must also be uploaded to EPADS.

• Bidding documents with complete details are available free of cost at EPADS.
