Important Instructions

1. Availability of Documents:

   • Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from:

     • PPRA

     • EPADS

2. Submission & Opening:

   • Deadline for Electronic Bid Submission: 30-04-2025 at 11:30 AM

   • Technical Bid Opening: 30-04-2025 at 12:00 PM (on EPADS platform)

   • Only EPADS-submitted bids will be entertained; no manual submission is allowed.

3. Bid Security:

   • Must be 3% of the estimated cost for each lot, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft in favor of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA) Sialkot.

   • Photocopy of bid security must be attached with the technical bid, while the original must be submitted to the office before the bid closing time.

4. Taxes:

   • Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, Income Tax, etc.) in Pak Rupees.

   • Bidders are responsible for all tax payments.

5. Samples:

   • Bidders may be required to submit samples before the bid closing date upon the Technical Committee’s request.

6. Applicable Rules:

   • Procurement process shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).

   • In case of conflict, PPRA Rules shall take precedence.

7. Rights Reserved:

   • The CEO (DEA) Sialkot reserves the right to cancel the tender proceedings at any stage without assigning detailed reasons.
