Lahore Museum, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order suppliers for the procurement of the following equipment and supplies under Lot-wise basis:

1. Bidding Procedure:
   The procurement shall be conducted exclusively through the EPADS of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), using the Single Stage – Two Envelopes (SSTE) bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

2. Eligibility:
   Bidding is open to all eligible vendors registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments.

3. Submission Deadline:
   Complete bids (Technical and Financial Proposals) must be submitted on EPADS no later than 05th May, 2025 by 11:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

4. Bid Security:
   A Bid Security amounting to 2% of the estimated price for each lot (as indicated above) must be submitted in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / CDR in favor of Director, Lahore Museum. The original bid security must be submitted to the office of the Director before the bid opening time in a sealed envelope.

5. Required Documents:
   Bidders must submit copies of tax registration certificates and any other documents mentioned in the bidding documents. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
