Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of various items for Khyber Teaching Hospital, Peshawar. Bidders are required to submit their tenders to the office of the undersigned on or before 20th May 2025 at 10:00 AM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Validity: The rates quoted must be valid until 30th June 2026.

2. Tender Fee: A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000 must be submitted in favor of the KTH Fund Account (Account Number: PK15KHYB0121003003116602). The deposit slip must be attached with the tender. Tenders without the tender fee will be considered non-responsive.

3. Submission Requirements: The tender must be typed on original letterhead, sealed, and signed. The quoted price should be printed; handwritten prices will not be accepted. Tenders must comply with the specifications outlined by the hospital. Double rates for a single item will not be accepted.

4. No Conditional Bids: Conditional bids will not be accepted.

5. Specification List: A detailed list of the required item specifications can be obtained from the official Khyber Teaching Hospital website.

6. Bid Security: The bid security must be submitted in the form of a CDR/SDR. Pay orders (PO) will not be accepted.

7. Deadline Extension: In the event of a public holiday on the bid submission date, the next working day will be considered as the last submission date. The time and venue for tender opening will remain unchanged.

8. Rejection of Bids: The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 47 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules 2014.
