The Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, is inviting sealed bids for leasing out 21 sites for the purpose of operating petrol pumps and allied facilities. General Terms and Conditions:

Lease Period: 21 years (non-extendable)

Annual Rent Increase: 10% compound annually

Mobilization Period: Nine (9) months from the date of possession

Bid Submission Deadline: 17th April, 2025 by 11:00 AM

Bid Opening Time: 17th April, 2025 at 11:30 AM
A Commitment Fee (one-time, non-refundable) will be required upfront, within 15 days of issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) along with the advance rent for the first year from the successful bidder.

Important Information for Bidders:

The bidding process will be conducted following the PPRA Rules 2004.

Bidders must submit their bids using REDAMCO's prescribed bid forms, along with a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 10,000 for each site (Payable via Bank Draft, CDR, or Pay Order in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Private) Limited).

Bidders must provide their offers for annual rent for each site separately.

All sealed bid forms should be submitted with the site name clearly marked on the top right corner of the envelope.

Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17th April, 2025.

Bid Opening: The bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 11:30 AM.
