Sealed bids are invited from Manufacturers, Sole Distributors, or Experienced Agents of Sole Distributors who are registered with the Sales Tax & Income Tax Departments. The bids are for the supply and delivery of the following items: Medicine, Chemicals, Instruments, Straw Sheath, and Glassware, as outlined in the tender documents.

Key Information:

1. Submission Guidelines: All bids must adhere to the schedule of prices, specifications, and other requirements mentioned in the tender documents. Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria outlined in the tender documents.

2. Bidding Process: The bidding will follow the National Competitive Bidding Procedure as per the PPRA Rules 2014. The tender is open to all eligible bidders who meet the qualifications detailed in the tender documents.

3. Validity of Bid: The rates quoted must be in the specified format and remain valid for at least 60 days from the submission date.

4. Tender Documents: The prescribed tender documents are available at the office of the undersigned, located at Ground Floor, Provincial Diagnostic Laboratory, Livestock Complex, 16-Cooper Road, Lahore, during office hours. You may collect them up until 10:00 AM on April 23, 2025.

5. Earnest Money: Bidders must submit earnest money equal to at least 2% of the estimated tender cost. This should be in the form of a call deposit, pay order, or certified cheque (cash will not be accepted). The earnest money should be made in favor of the Project Manager, PARB Project No. 22-531.

6. Rejection of Incomplete Bids: Any bids that are incomplete, conditional, or lack the required earnest money will be disqualified.

7. Tender Acceptance: Please note, this tender is an invitation to offer, and the office is not obligated to accept any tender. We reserve the right to reject all bids, as permitted under PPRA Rules.

8. Quantity Adjustment: The office reserves the right to modify the quantity of items as per project requirements and budget availability.

9. Tender Opening Reschedule: If, for any unforeseen reason, the tender cannot be opened on the scheduled date, it will be opened on the next working day at the same time and location.

10. Unlawful Practices: Any attempts at personal canvassing, recommendations, or other unauthorized practices to influence the tender process will result in disqualification.
