Municipal Committee Kamoke (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") invites E-Bids (in PDF format) from eligible Contractors / Firms / Manufacturers / Authorized Dealers registered with:

• the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS),

• the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR),

• the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and

• Punjab PPRA for E-Procurement.

Key Instructions for Bidders:

1. Bid Security:
   All E-bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, in the name of "Municipal Committee Kamoke", and submitted in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order.

2. Submission of Original Bid Security:
   The original instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Tender Title, before the E-bid submission deadline, at:
   Office of Municipal Committee, Goal Chowk, Kamoke, Pakistan

3. Submission Schedule via EPADS:
   Bidders must upload their authenticated and completed PDF E-Bids according to the schedule below:

4. E-bids found corrupt, unreadable, or infected with viruses will be rejected.

5. Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure will be followed. The encrypted electronic file will serve as an "envelope" as per the rules.

6. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening.

7. The financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened.

8. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 (Rule-35).

9. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

10. Rates and amounts should be quoted in both figures and words.

11. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, it will be moved to the next working day.

12. Bid validity shall be 120 days from the submission deadline.

13. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their E-Bids well before the deadline. Delays or issues in uploading will be the sole responsibility of the bidder.
