Municipal Committee Samundri invites sealed item-rate bids from eligible contractors for the following development schemes under the PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors must be registered with NTN and STRN and must comply with the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Availability of Documents
   Bidding documents can be accessed on the EPADS and Punjab PPRA websites. The bidding will be conducted electronically through the EPADS system using the Single Stage – Single Envelope method as per PPRA Rules 2014.

2. Bid Submission Requirements
   All required forms and tables in the bidding documents must be completely filled, stamped, and signed by the bidder before uploading the submission on EPADS.

3. Key Dates

   • Bid uploading: 8th May 2025 at 11:00 AM

   • Bid opening: 8th May 2025 at 2:00 PM
     Bids will be opened at the office of the Municipal Committee Samundri in the presence of the tender opening committee and any contractors or representatives who wish to attend.

4. Earnest Money
   Bid security must be submitted as a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt), uploaded along with the bidding documents on EPADS. The original CDR must be submitted to the office of Municipal Committee Samundri before the closing date. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the bid.

5. Quotation Format
   Bidders must quote unit rates both in figures and words for each item in the price schedule provided. Any rates submitted in any other format will be disqualified.

6. Inclusive Rates
   All quoted item rates must include all applicable government taxes.

7. Disqualifying Factors
   Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten, or unclear bids will be rejected.

8. Performance Guarantee
   Successful bidders will be required to submit a performance guarantee in accordance with current government regulations, as outlined in the bidding documents.

9. Completion Timeline
   The time allowed for completion of each project will be stated in the work order issued to the lowest evaluated bidder.

10. Quality Assurance
    The contractor awarded the project will be responsible for carrying out all necessary quality control tests at their own cost.

11. Applicability of Other Clauses
    All terms and conditions mentioned in the bidding documents will apply.

12. In Case of Errors
    If any arithmetical or typographical errors are found, the original documents shall take precedence.
