Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of the following items:

Tender Procedure

• Method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Basis (separate financial and technical proposals).

• Delivery Location: NRTC Haripur.

• Bid Security: Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft, in favor of NRTC Haripur, to be attached with the technical bid in a separate envelope.

• Samples: Must be provided along with the technical bid; bids without samples will not be entertained.

• Financial Health: Financial documents must be attached (refer to Form #4 in tender documents).

• Prices: Should be quoted in PKR, separately showing inclusive and exclusive of taxes.

• Warranty: Standard warranty applies.

• Bid Validity: 90 days from the date of opening.

• Tax Requirement: Bidders must be active taxpayers; otherwise, bids will be cancelled without evaluation.

Submission Details

• Bids must be complete in all respects, following tender/bidding document requirements.

• Bids can be dropped in the Tender Box placed near the NRTC entrance.

• Clearly label the envelopes as "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal".

• Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by 12th May 2025 at 11:00 AM.

• Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

• Incomplete bids or those lacking required documents will not be considered.

• NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage before acceptance.
