Provision of Laptops and Scanners for NAVTTC

1. Invitation to Bid:

Sealed bids are invited from authorized distributors, firms, contractors, suppliers, or dealers who are registered with the Sales Tax/Income Tax Departments or relevant authorities for the Provision of Laptops and Scanners for NAVTTC. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules-2004.

2. Bid Submission:

• The complete and sealed proposals should be submitted through the EPAD portal and also in hard format before the cut-off date.

• The closing time for receiving the bids is 23rd April 2025 at 02:00 p.m.

• Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 02:30 p.m. in the NAVTTC Headquarters located at Plot No. 38, Kirthar Road, Sector H-9, Islamabad.

3. Availability of Tender Documents:

• Tender Documents/Bidding Documents containing terms and conditions and detailed item specifications can be obtained free of cost from the office of Deputy Director (Procurement), NAVTTC HQ, Islamabad, during office hours.

• The documents are also available on the EPAD web portal of PPRA.

4. EPAD Requirement:

• No bid will be entertained if not applied through EPAD.

5. Terms and Conditions:

• All terms and conditions in the Bidding Documents will apply.

6. NAVTTC's Rights:

• NAVTTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals in accordance with the PPRA Rules-2004.
