Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) is inviting bids from reputable firms for the procurement of Material Strength and Packaging Testing Equipment (LOT-121). PAFDA, which was established by the Government of Punjab, aims to provide state-of-the-art testing facilities for the food, agriculture, and pharmaceutical sectors.

This procurement has an estimated cost of PKR 84,090,000. PAFDA is seeking qualified suppliers to submit technical and financial proposals.

How to Submit Your Bid:

1. Online Submission: Make sure to submit your bid via EPADS by 10:15 AM on May 23, 2025. No manual submissions will be accepted.

2. Bid Security: A security deposit of Rs. 840,900 is required in one of the following forms: CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee, made in favor of PAFDA.

3. Technical and Financial Proposals: Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents.

Important Notes:

• Rejection of Bids: PAFDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids before final acceptance, in line with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

• EPADS Registration: Only registered bidders on EPADS are eligible to participate in this tender process.
