The Chief Controller of Purchase, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore invites tenders/sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors who are registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The tenders are for the supply of goods and services in accordance with the Single Stage-Two Envelopes Procedure of Public Procurement Rules-2004.

Important Instructions:

• No Rate Negotiations will be held.

• Bids must be submitted only through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). No bids other than those submitted through EPADS will be entertained. Access EPADS.

• Bid Security: The bid security must be submitted physically before the closing of the tender. It should be placed in the tender box located at the office of the Chief Controller of Purchase.

• Bid Submission on EPADS: Bidders should upload the complete scanned copy of their bid on EPADS as well.

• The bidding documents, which contain detailed terms and conditions, can be downloaded for free from EPADS (http://eprocure.gov.pk)

• Bidders must prepare their bids according to the instructions in the bidding documents and submit them on EPADS as per the schedule above.
