General Instructions:

1. Bidding documents are available on the Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. website and must be downloaded by the bidders.

2. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions in the bid documents and dropped in the designated tender box at the PSPC Factory, Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi before the submission deadline.

3. Bids will be opened at the given time and date in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

4. Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained.

5. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the relevant rules.
