Bidding Procedure:
  The procurement shall follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope method in line with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
  Interested parties may attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled as follows:
  Date: April 14, 2025
  Time: 11:00 AM
  Venue: BWMC Office, 1-2-D, Al-Aqsa Mall, Opp. SNGPL Office, Model Town – A, Bahawalpur

Bid Submission Deadline:
  All bids must be submitted online via EPADS by April 23, 2025, at or before 11:00 AM. Submission on the portal is solely the responsibility of the bidders.

Bid Opening:
  Bids will be opened on April 23, 2025, at 11:30 AM on EPADS in the presence of those bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Submission of Original Bid Security:
  The original bid security must be submitted to the BWMC office on or before April 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
