Women Development Department (WDD), Government of Punjab, invites bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 from reputed firms/companies/manufacturers/sole proprietors/general order suppliers for the E-Procurement of Furniture & Fixtures under its development scheme titled “Revenue Component of Multi-Purpose Office Complex, Jubilee Town, Lahore” for the Financial Year 2024-25 as per the following details:

Key Terms and Conditions:

1. Tender Documents:

   • Tender documents are available for download free of cost from the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) procurement portal.

2. Bid Submission:

   • Bidders must submit Technical and Financial bids separately, ensuring they are duly completed, signed, stamped, and fully compliant with the tender document. These bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

3. Procurement Procedure:

   • The procurement procedure will follow a single-stage two-envelope process as per PPR Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

4. Bid Submission Deadline:

   • Last Date for Submission of Bids is 21st April 2025, 11:00 AM.

5. Bid Opening:

   • The Opening of Bids will take place on 21st April 2025, 11:30 AM at the Women Development Department, Government of the Punjab, G Block Civic Center, Sabzazar, Lahore. Bidders or their authorized representatives are welcome to attend the opening.

6. Bid Security Submission:

   • A scanned copy of the Bid Security (5% of the estimated price) in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favor of the Section Officer (Planning), Women Development Department must be submitted with the technical bid.

   • The original CDR/Pay Order must be submitted to the Office of the Section Officer (Planning), Women Development Department before the closing time of the tender. This submission must include all original e-stamp paper(s).

7. Bid Validity:

   • The bid validity period will be 90 days from the date of the opening of bids.

8. Non-Compliance:

   • Bids without the submission of the original Bid Security before the closing time of the tender will not be opened.

9. Bidder Costs:

   • WDD will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation, submission, and delivery of bids.
